The Empowerment Circle Model serves as the heart of our mission, fostering growth, connection, and empowerment for young women of color. Through our five dynamic circles—STEM, Arts & Literacy, Identity & Mental Wellness, College & Career Readiness and Civic Engagement—we provide a holistic approach to personal and collective development. Each circle offers a space for exploration, skill-building, and sisterhood, ensuring that our members not only gain knowledge and skills but also develop the confidence to turn life's challenges into opportunities for growth and empowerment.
What Are Empowerment Circles?
Empowerment Circles are the pillars of the Lemonade Circle. Each of our events/workshop will fall into one of these categories that have been designed to provide our girls with a platform to explore their passions, gain new skills, and foster meaningful connections. With each circle carrying a unique focus, our members can immerse themselves in topics that align with their ambitions and dreams. Our four core Empowerment Circles encompass:
